The Hottest New Addition to East End Dining

This season Michael Gluckman—owner of Hamptons favorite The Boathouse, formerly of The Lodge and Bamboo Restaurants —has opened the doors to the hottest new addition of East End dinning: beachhouse! Surrounded by lush gardens, beachhouse brings seafood chic to the classic American steakhouse! Whether guests prefer cocktails and al fresco lunch on the outdoor patio or a romantic dinner by candlelight in the intimate ocean room, beachhouse is the perfect destination for a memorable dining experience! Under the direction of General Manger Rory J. Boothby, the chic eatery has been designed to exude elegance with its wisteria covered gardens, plush leather banquettes and 50-foot mahogany bar. Complemented with exposed brick pillars and high ceilings, beachhouse is just minutes from the ocean and includes an indoor reflecting pool and private banquet room.

At the helm of the restaurant’s culinary staff, Executive Chef Dennis J. Farrell has crafted specialty dishes exclusive to beachhouse, including Lobster Glazed Seared Local Sea Scallops over Truffle Sweet Cream Corn, Beet & Goat Cheese Terrine with roasted beets, Frisseé, Crostinis and Truffle Balsamic Vinaigrette and a 28oz USDA Prime 21 Day Aged Cowboy Ribeye Steak. Guests can also indulge in decadent mixology-crafted cocktails such as the Beach Bum Margarita and Dragon Fruit Martini.

Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, plus Saturday and Sunday brunch, beachouse is available to cater any soirée—either in-house, at the office or at your desired venue.
