
How To Organize A Surprise Party

Planning a surprise party is certainly a lot of fun particularly for those that are involved with the preparation. If you do it properly and keep it a secret until the party, you can have one extraordinarily stunned and happy honored guest.
The secret of your surprise party lies on the people attending your event. As a party planner and host, there are simple things you can do to ensure the best possible end result. Follow these seven guidelines to get you going to arranging a surprise party.
1. Know what your guest of honor's schedule is like during the timescale of your planned surprise party. You can ask your honoree's heavy other if at all possible. This info should help you set the date for your surprise party.
2. Have somebody set up a fictitious activity the guest of can attend on the day of the party. The closer to your house this activity is, the easier it is for your aid to stop in at your home for an instant on the day of the party.
3. Send out invitations to all of your guests. Make sure your guests understand the party is a surprise and should be kept that way. Tell them not to share the data with your honored guest or any other person who might mention it to them.
4. Think of something that all of your guests can use as a diversion if they run into your honored guest. But if your guests dont think that they can lie to the honored guest with a straight face, suggest that they avoid them for the time leading up to the party, when possible and practical.
5. Advise your guests to arrive at least thirty minutes before your guest of honor's anticipated time of arrival. If your honored guest generally arrives early to events, then you may want to ask your invited guests to come a bit earlier, just in case.
6. Indoctrinate your guests to park their autos where the honored guest cannot see them. The sole proviso to this is if the honored guest believes they're attending another event at your house on that day. If this is the case then it wont really matter much were folks decide to park.
7. Having done all of these things. All you can do is hope and pray that all of your guests will play together with the charade and none of them will slip-up and tell your honored guest about your planned surprise party.
