A client of mine asked me the other day "Should I color my hair?" Even though she had at least 30% grey, I had to ask myself, "Is this a trick question?" She was only 42 years old, but I had to find out how serious she was or perhaps was she only talking out loud? Having this much grey and not covering it at her age meant either she just did not care or she had eye sight issues. So I started out by asking questions like "How do you want other people to view you and do you want to look your age"?
